I have so much for gratitude for Ms. Donna and the Best Livin Ranch. This year was a tumultuous one for me for personal reasons, one of which was grieving my puppy that passed away due to a freak accident. I was perusing online and opening my heart to the idea of getting another when I came across Ms. Donna’s ad for one of her puppies. I immediately reached out and she responded so quickly. I shared my testimony with her and she sent me the most heartfelt text in return. She took into consideration my job and what I was looking for and actually recommended a different dog from the liter that I applied for. I told her how I wanted to adopt a dog at 16 weeks of age (they were currently 13 weeks old) and she told me she would be willing to hold him for me. Not only that, but she offered to begin crate training him, calling him by the name of my choosing, and taking him on walks with a leash. She also texted me daily with images and updates of my pup. But beyond that, she answered any and all of my questions with patience. Never once did I feel like I was a burden, and you could tell she truly cares about where her puppies go. I’ve never been so thankful to have come across that ad or Ms. Donna! My sweet baby Hank is adjusting so well in my home and to my older dog Ziggy, I’m so happy I opened my heart up to getting another sweet boy - especially one that came from Best Livin Ranch!
